I am a therapist with over 25 years of experience. I have received advanced training in cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure & response prevention (effective in treating OCD), motivational interviewing (effective in treating addiction), and mindfulness & acceptance-based work. I am an adjunct professor at NYU, and the recipent of the National Association of Social Workers - NYC Exemplary Leader Award in recognition of my clinical work with children, adults, and families.
Over the last several years, I have presented at statewide and national conferences. I have also co-authored a book entitled "Therapy in the Real World" on Guilford Press.
